TheraBand Soft Weight Ball (Single OR 6-Piece Set) 

The TheraBand Soft Weight Balls are designed with a soft cover and pliable filler free of any hard edges or rims. Each weight is 4½" in diameter and can be used for strengthening, plyometrics, balance training, mobilization and functional grip strength development. The ball supports one or two hand activities and is comfortable to hold. The ball can also easily fit into a gym bag.
