Perform Sit n' Reach® tests with deluxe Baseline® sit and reach trunk flexibility test. Scales include: fitness, program, Cooper Institute/YMCA, AAHPERD. Scales printed in inches and centimeters. Made of sturdy powder-coated metal construction with a built-in foot plate and a maximum stretch indicator that remains until reset. The deluxe model allows for the tests done with the standard model as well as modified Sit n' Reach® tests. Modified testing protocols vary the scale start point; this normalizes scores to account for variation in the arm and leg length of the person being tested.
